• ** ALL STAFF ** 

• 7:00-8:30 Grab ‘n’ Go Breakfast (not mandatory) 

• Open at 7:30 ~ Vendor Fair - come and meet with a variety of vendors including PEHP, URS, & more. 

• 8:30 SHARP! to 9:30 ~ Convocation - Please do not be late! 

• 9:30-10:45 ~ High Reliability Schools (HRS) Framework

• 10:45-11:00 ~ Break/Vendor Fair 

• 11:00-12:30 ~ HRS Framework 

• 12:30-1:15 ~ LUNCH

• Instructional Staff: Admin, Teachers, Specialists & Paraeducators 

• Non-Instructional Staff (Custodians, Secretaries, Transportation, Maintenance, Child Nutrition, etc.) released after lunch to return to school sites to work and prep in the building. 

• Instructional Staff Only

  • 1:15-2:45 ~ HRS Framework

  • 2:45-3:00 ~ Break

  • 3:00-4:00 ~ HRS Framework
